Upon entering the room, it was apparent that the cleanliness was severely lacking. The previous guests' remnants were scattered around, making it impossible to relax. The staff seemed to be less than forthcoming about addressing concerns, particularly regarding potential bed bugs. Despite the hotel's proximity to Sea World, the overall experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness and transparency.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and popular attractions. The rooms, although not the newest, were spacious enough for mobility devices but lacked cleanliness upon arrival, impacting our sleep quality. The service was overall friendly and accommodating despite some instances of exploitative behavior. The location was ideal for both relaxation and exploring nearby theme parks. Dining was satisfactory although some items should have been complimentary.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. While they could use an update, it was nice to come back to a tidy room with fresh towels after a long day. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Michael, who was very friendly and helpful. The location struck a good balance: far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax but close to great dining options within a short drive. The dining experience was delightful, with robust and fresh options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall.
